By considering a CIM qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing, you are demonstrating a clear commitment to progressing your professional practice in the workplace.
It really doesn’t matter where you are in your career right now. What’s important is where you want to be. Because if you want to develop your career in marketing, you can never afford to stop learning.
Our discipline is based on core principles, often applied differently in different contexts – small vs large organisation, small budget vs large budget, private vs public sectors, market development vs product development strategies.
Much of that core knowledge remains relevant today as it did ten years ago. What changes though, are the influences on how we do marketing, such as customer behaviour and journeys, technological tools, social media trends, competitors, digital marketing tools, supply chain changes, and critically, today, paying much more attention to sustainability.
A CIM qualification offers a structured professional development pathway focusing on professional marketing practice and the key influences affecting marketers today.
